Information we collect

When you register or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, and messages. We also store login session data (device/browser hints and timestamps) to secure your account. Course progress is stored so you can continue where you left off.

How we use data

We use your data to provide the student portal, deliver course access, respond to inquiries, improve our services, and protect against abuse. Phone numbers are personal data — shown only to you and administrators, never written to application logs.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may use processors such as email delivery, hosting, Cloudflare, and analytics providers under appropriate agreements. Vimeo receives only what is needed to play domain-locked embeds after you authenticate.

Retention & security

We keep account data while your account is active and as required for legal purposes. Passwords are hashed. Sessions are revocable. Access to admin tools is restricted.
